Welcome to Menumix.app, a platform operated by Truezone Inc., located at 1111B S Governors Ave STE 20696, Dover, DE, 19904, United States (“Truezone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using MenuMix.app (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply globally and are structured to respect applicable privacy and consumer rights in your jurisdiction, while being governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

1. Definitions

“You”, “User”, or “Client” refers to the individual or business using the Service.
“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Truezone Inc.
“Platform” refers to all components of MenuMix.app, including the website, dashboard, QR menus, and backend infrastructure.

2. Services Provided

MenuMix.app offers a QR Menu and Order Management system with two plans:

Free Plan: QR menu creation with categories, products, tables, static QR codes, and a “call waitress” feature.
Professional Plan: Paid subscription with QR-based table ordering, order status tracking, payment recording, reporting (by category/product/table/area), and role-based staff management.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You agree to:

Provide accurate registration information
Keep your login credentials secure
Be responsible for all activity under your account

We process personal data in accordance with:

8. Subscriptions and Payments

The Professional Plan is billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
All payments are final and non-refundable, including cancellations or unused periods, unless required by applicable consumer laws.

You may link to our site if the link:

Is not misleading or deceptive
Does not imply endorsement or partnership without permission
Does not harm our brand or violate any rights

We reserve the right to request link removal at any time.
